I've written a tutorial to help navigate the new page structure which can be accessed from the HELP! pages.
You are strongly advised to check there to see what your browser should support before proceeding to the rest of the pages! If it doesn't support frames the original pages still exist.
I felt the tutorial was needed as I found a certain amount of difficulty navigating my own pages when I was testing them. FRAMES ARE NOT INTUITIVE!
