The number of members sailing Toppers has declined, while the numbers sailing some other classes, especially Mirrors, have inreased. So it has become necessary to change the racing classes.

Instead of the Topper and Handicap classes, we shall have two handicap classes, Fast and Slow. The dividing line will be immediately above Toppers; in other words Toppers will be the fastest boats in the Slow handicap class. Full details are in the Sailing Secretary's Newsletter that will be sent to members before racing starts on 15 March.
