Radio show preparations & location of 209radio in Cambridge

Thank you for coming (or considering to come) to Ralph's Posive Hour LIVE recording session as special guest at 209radio on a Tuesday (new every 4 weeks).
If you are an invited guest:

Please confirm, that you will be coming,
& e-mail Ralph a paragraph about yourself as early as possible - maybe your photo as well.
Please help Ralph finding an attractive show title and suggest subjects and questions you like to be discussed.
Please e-mail a list with your 4 pieces of music BEFORE the show: artist, music title and track number of each title.
Please be there at least 20 minutes before the scheduled live web broadcast (by 11:40AM). Being late creates stress!
You need to sign in the Visitor's Book at the 209 reception and fill in the "consent form" (that you're happy to be on air)
We'll play 4 pieces of the guests (YOUR) favourite music during the show (any!) - please bring them on CD, DVD, mp3 or vinyl (sorry, NO tapes possible!).
It would be helpful, if you bring some reminder notes for yourself, what you want to talk about.
In the studio itself you need to wear headphones - strictly no drinks.
please try not to make any noise with CD cases, fingernails on desk etc.
Having said all that: you may relax - experience tells, that all guests enjoyed the show and they usually get more relaxed as the time flies by...

If you should have to cancel your coming, let Ralph know immediately.
