Fri 8 June: 'Power Points in the Body and in Nature' Cambridge Seminar with Cecil & Bruhn / Denmark, 6.30pm

Moving from life in the mind to life in the heart is a journey we are all on - consciously or unconsciously.
On the journey, we can sometimes experience a deep congruence and harmony between the power in our own body and the power in the nature that surrounds us.
To get a deeper understanding of why this harmony occurs and how we can work more consciously with it can be a powerful catalyst in our process.
In this seminar we will work with power points in our own bodies and we will investigate the relationship between the individual body and the planetary body.
- What are the secret benefits of doing energy work in nature?
- Where are some effective power points in our own bodies?
- How can we revitalize ourselves through simple exercises?
We'll work with various meditations, energy, presence and resonance tools and teaching based on slide-show and dialogue.
