From Sat 20 Sep '08, 10:00-12:00: one day Meditation through Movement with with Susan Harris
Through simple dances set to chants we may achieve a meditative state. This enables us to let go of the stresses of everyday life and become relaxed and uplifted. The chants are based on sacred phrases from the many spiritual traditions of the world. No special skills or previous experience is needed to participate, just willingness to have a go!

Sunday, 28th Sept.'08 11am - 5pm Forest Row (nr. East Grinstead, East Sussex): DANCES OF UNIVERSAL PEACE with Glenda & Trevor
(Next dance day: Sun 23rd Nov.) BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL and all bookings need to be posted in time to arrive, at the latest, by Friday Sept.19th.
The day can only go ahead if we receive enough bookings by the deadline above and no cheques will be banked until after that date, when we will know that we have a viable number. We will only contact you in the event of cancellation.
COST: The cost of the day is £28 or the early-bird price of £25 for bookings posted on or before September 10th. Under 18's are free.
Your cheque should be made out to T & G Huggons and sent to us at 8 Littlemead Lane, Exmouth, Devon. EX8 4RE and please include with your cheque a note to say what venue/date you are booking for and please make sure to include your phone number.
Please bring something to share for a cold buffet-style lunch.

Beckenham (South East of London, near Bromley)

This group meets usually every 1st Friday / month from 7:45-10pm and is led by local DUP leaders
(in July: Fri. 11th! NOT in August!).
Ralph & Vitalija sometimes come as guest dance teachers, probably again on Fri 5th Sept.'08.

Hammersmith (South West London)

This group was led by Daren and Margaret Amina on the 2nd Sat /month, 11am - 3pm, bring lunch to share.
Daren and Margaret Amina regret that the Hammersmith group has now finished as neither the hall nor the church are available for renting as from September 2008.
If anybody wishes to find and organise another venue with parking preferably north/west London it might be possible to restart the group. NB We were paying about £10 per hour.

Times: Sat arriving from 10am, first dance session at 11am. End Sunday 4:30pm.
Cost: Sat £25 (£15 conc.) - Sun £20 (£12 conc,) - Sat. & Sunday £40 (£24 conc.)
+ beds are £20 extra per person per night incl. breakfast (2 beds in a room - currently only 8 beds available!) - or mattress dormitory or camping: + £10 extra (bring your sleeping bag)
