  • Mon 22 Feb '2010: Cambridge Inter-Faith Group AGM, 7pm

The Cambridge Inter-Faith Group 2010 AGM has been arranged for Monday evening 22 February at the Friends’ Meeting House, Jesus Lane, Cambridge CB5 8BA. This year the AGM will be combined with a bring-and-share meal (vegetarian and no alcohol). We will probably start with some food, then have the AGM, and then continue with the food.
Please arrive for a 7.00p.m. start. Committee members will bring some food and drink; others attending are welcome to bring some food also. To cover the cost of hiring the room, we ask for a contribution of £2 per person. A constitution will be put forward for approval at the meeting; we expect to circulate this in early February. A written constitution, approved at an AGM, is needed to allow the Group to apply for funding. Enquiries to David Wilman - tel: 01223-276912.
      Agenda for AGM:
    1. Apologies for absence.
    2. Appointment of chairman and minute taker for the meeting.
    3. Minutes of the annual general meeting of 27 February 2009.
    4. Report of activities since the 2009 AGM.
    5. Future plans.
    6. Financial report.
    7. Approval of Constitution.
    8. Election of Committee for 2010/11.
    9. New membership list.
    10. Any other business.
