One off NEW events around London: From Sat 20 Sep '08, 10:00-12:00: one day Meditation through Movement with with Susan Harris Through simple dances set to chants we may achieve a meditative state. This enables us to let go of the stresses of everyday life and become relaxed and uplifted. The chants are based on sacred phrases from the many spiritual traditions of the world. No special skills or previous experience is needed to participate, just willingness to have a go! organised by Bromley Adult Education College.
