This is the Men's 1st VIII rowing in the may bumps, 1995.
This was taken on the 3rd day, when we rowed over. We were chasing Downing II who bumped Selwyn I outside the Pike and Eel which is right at the end on the race. Behind us were Jesus II who we had bumped on the previous day at the railway bridge (also fairly near the end of the race, about 500m from the Pike and Eel pub), and they were hit by Girton I in the gut (between the first and second of the three major corners) as one of their rowers came off his seat, and they almost stopped because of the crab.
