What are our key tasks? We want to encourage the community to keep in touch by use of the Internet.

Key Tasks in 1996/1997 and looking ahead to 1997/1998

Now is the time to start thinking about next year's key tasks for the sports pages. These are set by the whole sports pages volunteers team and are a way for us to move forward. They give us the opportunity to reflect critically at what we do and how we might be doing things better.

• Develop volunteers knowledge and awareness of sports pages on the Internet for the Cambridge area

• Extend volunteer's information pages to keep a good volunteer base

• Broaden/expand the sports pages base, so each individual sport has its own editor by the end of 1997.

Here are some ideas to start

• What pages do we want to see grow?

• Internet health tips - ie ergonomics

Volunteers Wanted!

Are there any volunteers out there who would like to help out from time to time in securing interesting items for the sports pages?

To maintain up-to-date sports pages, please continue to send in articles, either written by yourself or items you have read in newspapers or magazines which would benifit the community.
