Cambridge Winter Ale Festival 2003

Thursday: 3pm - 5pm : trade session - by invitation only; 5pm - 6pm : entry free; 6pm - 10.30pm : entry Ł2.00 at the door; Quiet night
Friday: 11am - 3pm : entry free; 5pm - 6pm : entry free; 6pm - 10.30pm : entry Ł2.00 at the door; Quiet night
Saturday: 11am - 4pm : entry free; 6pm - 10.30pm : entry Ł2.00 at the door; Quiet night (no entertainment this year)

Admission

CAMRA members receive a rebate of Ł2.00 on the entrance fee upon producing a membership card.

We regret that there is no space for a family room - no under-18s will be admitted.

The Festival is staffed entirely by volunteers. If you'd like to help out, whether just for a few hours one evening or throughout the Festival, you will be made most welcome. As a volunteer you get cheap beer and food.
The Staffing Officer is Paul Treadaway.
The printed edition of ALE newsletter before the Festival will include a staffing form, or use the Web form.
Set-up is on Tuesday 7th January and clear-up is on Sunday 12th.

The Students Union will be providing food between 12pm-2.30pm and 6pm-9.30pm.
